Refund Policy

The HVAC AI Receptionist Launch Kit is a digital product delivered instantly after purchase. Because access and downloads are provided immediately and digital files cannot be “returned,” purchases are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided.

This policy applies except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law, or where there is a verified technical issue preventing you from accessing the files you purchased that we are unable to resolve. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.

We encourage you to review the following before buying, so you know exactly what you’re getting:

• Platform requirements (AI receptionist software is sold separately)

• The frequently asked questions

We want you to receive what you paid for. Please contact us if you:

• Received the wrong product
• Received corrupted or unusable files
• Cannot access your download because of a delivery problem

We will work with you to fix the issue — by re-delivering files, correcting access, or otherwise resolving the problem. If a verified technical issue cannot be resolved, we will provide a refund.
