ServiceBrain AI — Single-Business Product License

When you purchase the HVAC AI Receptionist Launch Kit, ServiceBrain AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for one (1) business organization — the business that purchased the kit or for which it was purchased.

This is a license, not a sale of the materials themselves. Ownership of the materials stays with ServiceBrain AI.

For the licensed business, you may:

• Customize the materials for that business
• Upload the relevant knowledge files to compatible AI platforms for that business
• Use the prompts and workflows internally
• Train employees or contractors working for the licensed business
• Make reasonable internal modifications necessary for implementation

You may not:

• Resell the product files
• Redistribute the files publicly
• Share the complete kit with unrelated businesses
• Upload the kit to public repositories or file-sharing sites
• Sell modified versions of the kit
• Claim ownership or authorship of the ServiceBrain AI materials
• Use one standard license for multiple client businesses

All ServiceBrain AI materials — including documents, prompts, templates, spreadsheets, and frameworks — remain the intellectual property of ServiceBrain AI. Your customizations for your own business are yours to use, but the underlying materials and frameworks are not transferred to you.

This license covers the ServiceBrain AI materials only. AI receptionist platforms (such as Synthflow, Retell AI, or HighLevel) are separate products with their own terms, accounts, and subscriptions, which you are responsible for obtaining and complying with.

If you breach this license — for example by reselling or publicly redistributing the materials — the license terminates and you must stop using and distributing the materials. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

The standard single-business license does not cover deployment across multiple unrelated client businesses. If you are an agency or consultant implementing AI receptionists for clients, each client business requires appropriate licensing.
